Where you come in
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Software Improvement Group (SIG), you will play a vital role in defining how our software assurance solutions are perceived and adopted in the market. Working closely with the Product, Consulting, and Commercial teams, you will translate complex technical insights into clear and persuasive narratives that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complexity and transforming data-driven insights into tangible value for customers.
Your Responsibilities
Shape the Narrative
Define and refine how SIG presents its solutions in software quality, benchmarking, and risk analysis.
Craft messaging that effectively communicates both technical depth and business relevance.
Build positioning that emphasizes SIG’s independence and data-driven approach.
Ensure consistent communication of our story across regions and teams.
Support Commercial Teams
Develop materials that facilitate strong, insight-driven client conversations, such as: -
Solution overviews and client-ready reports -
Thought leadership and research-driven content -
Sales support tools and objection-handling resources -
Collaborate closely with Sales and Consultants to ensure that materials are practical and widely utilized. - Assist teams in confidently articulating SIG’s value in various client contexts.
Drive Go-To-Market Initiatives
Plan and execute strategies for new services and product innovations.
Align messaging, target audiences, and channels for maximum impact.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Contribute to campaigns, events, and product launches that enhance SIG’s market presence.
Leverage Market Insights
Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to identify opportunities.
Provide insights to inform product development and strategic discussions.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine positioning.
Defining Success
A clear and credible market narrative that showcases SIG’s expertise and independence.
Commercial teams equipped with effective, insight-driven materials.
Well-executed product launches that resonate with target audiences.
Increased recognition of SIG as a leader in software assurance and quality.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role within B2B technology, software, or IT services.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear and engaging narratives.
Experience in go-to-market planning and execution.
Strong skills in content development, especially for consultative or solution-based selling.
Comfortable collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in software quality, engineering practices, or data-driven insights.
