Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive our growth across Europe, specifically focusing on the London Private Equity market. In this role, you will represent SIG within the investment ecosystem, building and nurturing relationships with mid-market and large-cap private equity firms. Your goal will be to position SIG as the preferred partner for IT due diligence and digital value creation.

Where you come in
Achieving target
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with European Private Equity firms.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with investment professionals, operating partners, and CTOs.
Position SIG’s technical due diligence as a critical tool in investment decision-making.
Monitor market activity and engage with relevant deal opportunities.
Understand Private Equity deal cycles and advise on key areas such as IT risk, scalability, and digital transformation.
Collaborate closely with SIG’s due diligence and consulting teams to deliver impactful insights.
Expand market share: Expand our market share in the region.
Follow up on sales enquiries: Drive the entire sales cycle from cold calling to contract negotiations

Job requirements
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, commercial advisory, or private equity-related roles.
A strong network within the European Private Equity space, particularly in the UK and London market.
A deep understanding of the deal lifecycle and value creation levers.
An affinity for IT, software development, SaaS, or digital platforms is a significant plus.
A strategic thinker with a proven commercial drive and executive presence.
Native or near-native fluency in English (both spoken and written).
