Are you a natural dealmaker with a passion for IT, innovation, and building new client relationships from the ground up? At SIG, we’re looking for a New Business Hunter to join our Net New Names (NNN) team and drive commercial growth with our unique platform – Sigrid®.

Where you come in
Achieving target
As a New Business Hunter, you’re the catalyst for growth in our NNN team. You will:
Proactively identify, engage, and convert new mid-market and enterprise clients – from initial outreach to signed contract
Build and nurture new client relationships with a focus on long-term strategic value
Position SIG’s unique value proposition around software quality, security, and digital resilience
Collaborate with marketing, consultants, and solution experts to shape winning proposals
Manage a small portfolio of existing accounts with potential for upsell and cross-sell
Report to the Head of Sales and contribute to the overall commercial strategy
Expand market share: Expand our market share in the region.
Follow up on sales enquiries: Drive the entire sales cycle from cold calling to contract negotiations
Keep sales CRM up-to-date

Job requirements
Job Requirements
Self-starter, persistent with high energy level.
3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales (IT, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
Hunter mentality: driven by new business, cold outreach & impact
Excellent communication skills and confidence at executive level
Fluent in Dutch & English
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect /customer organisations including C’ level and internally across the business.
Hands on mentality to deliver business.
A degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with management or sales experience.
