Job description
Who we are
At Software Improvement Group (SIG), we empower organizations to enhance their software quality through deep source code analysis and tailored strategic advice. Our software assurance platform, Sigrid®, together with our expert consultants, enables our customers to take full control of their software environments, ensuring their technology is a driver of success, not a source of risk. We have a strong market presence and serious growth ambitions for the coming years, and we are looking for people who want to help us realize this.
Where you come in
As Marketing Program Manager in our Programs Team, you will own the planning and execution of integrated, multi-touch marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with the content team, product marketing, and our sales organization to deliver strategic programs that resonate with specific use cases, personas, industries and buyer journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll coordinate centrally led programs while partnering with regional field marketers for in-market activation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel online and offline marketing programs aligned with business objectives - across verticals, buying stages, and key regions.
Create briefs, program plans, timelines, and activation playbooks across internal and external channels.
Collaborate with content creators, thought leaders and the brand team to bring campaigns to life.
Align programs with digital channels such as paid media, email marketing, website personalization, organic social, and webinars.
Liaise with regional field marketers to enable local execution of centrally led campaigns
Define clear post-campaign nurture plans that align with the sales journey —ensuring leads are properly followed up, tracked, and moved through the funnel in partnership with sales.
Track and optimize campaign performance using tools such Salesforce and Google Analytics.
Monitor and report on key success metrics including lead volume, MQLs, lead quality, and marketing-attributed pipeline.
What's in it for you?
You will receive an onboarding program and we will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions. We are not interested in people who are looking for just a job. We are interested in people who are looking to make an impact and believe this can be done through empathizing with our personas and living by their insights and needs! Although there are many unknowns in this fairly ‘new’ market, we like to look for opportunities and learn fast, and we expect you to have the same.
