To support our strategy, it's the partner (sales) department’s responsibility to build sustainable long-term relationships with strategic partners and their clients by supporting them with continuously identifying hidden risks and opportunities in their software deliverables – and to advise and guide them in their digital growth, rationalization, and/or transformation.


How we work

  • Leads get generated mostly by partners or our own network.
  • After an initial call with the client about their issues and needs, the opportunity is aligned with our partner.
  • A proposal is drafted and presented to the client, either by our partner or SIG, and the deal is closed.
  • The partner team works with modern sales processes and tools (such as Salesforce) and aligns regularly with its partners on the sales pipeline.


Where you come in

Achieving target

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the partner’s business, identifying key prospects, and formulating regional/vertical sales plans.
  • Stay attached during the delivery of services or projects. Manage client relations throughout the entire engagement and afterwards. Be the trusted advisor to the partner and clients to drive the Sigrid solution.
  • Maintain and develop a partner client and prospect database
  • Maintain and expand existing partner and client relations through account management and develop new clients.

Expand market share with partner: Expand our market share in the region.

Follow up on sales enquiries: Drive the entire sales cycle from cold calling to contract negotiations.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • Self-starter, persistent with a high energy level who is attracted to the dynamics of the partner market.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing a large number of accounts.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both partner & client organizations including C-level and internally across the business.
  • Experience in developing business cases and ROI together with partners.
  • Ability to articulate the value of the SIG solutions to prospects and clients and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • 3-7 years of sales experience with IT-related consulting sales and experience in working with partners to initiate and develop new sales opportunities.
  • A degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with management or sales experience.
