As part of our ambitious growth strategy, our HR department is looking for a working student for the Office Support Team. The ideal candidate understands the importance of customer focus and a service-oriented attitude, which are essential for successfully supporting our clients and organization.


Where you come in

As a Working Student in our Office department, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Facility management,
  • Parking coordination,
  • Event organization,
  • Managing employee gift plans,
  • Visitor registration,
  • Coordinating with our travel agency for international colleagues

You will work with our amazing and always enthusiastic Office Manager Yvet who will guide you through your daily tasks. Office Management at SIG is centered on creating a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone. The Office Support Working Student is reporting to the HR VP, making you an integral part of the HR team. We believe in having fun while working on diverse projects and maintaining a vibrant company culture.

Job requirements

Job requirements

  • Currently studying an Office & Management support education (or similar) at MBO or HBO level, in your second or third year
  • Must have excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbal & written (Dutch is a must-have)
  • Embodies our company values, has an open character, connects easily with others
