In our team, we are dedicated to ensuring that our employees have a safe, enjoyable, diverse, and supportive work environment. What we do is pretty high end, so we can’t and won’t hire people in bulk. You’ll quickly find yourself responsible for coordinating support on all key HR functions internationally, providing administrative support and general HR relating tasks. For our global HR team we are looking for a  HR Officer.

Where you come in

HR Support

  • Assist the HR department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR administration.

  • Support the HR team across various HR-related projects, while also managing your own project as part of our HR roadmap.

  • Take care of the company newsletter

  • Generate and analyze reports from the HRM system.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely recording of sick leave and holiday requests in the system.

  • Manage all onboarding documentation for new hires.

Employee Administration

  • Coordinate employee benefits and related administration for the Netherlands.

  • Ensure all essential employee data is accurately registered in our HRM system, Personio.

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date employee files.

  • Support the payroll administration

  • Have regular contact with the Belastingdienst, UWV, IND

Job requirements

Requirements

  • MBO degree in Human Resources with some work experience, or:

  • A recent graduate with an HBO degree and HR internship experience

  • Pro-active personality with perseverance and agility

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Experience with Personio, our HRM system

  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
