Who we are

SIG is an ambitious global technology and consultancy firm delivering independent software quality assurance solutions. We believe we can make the world a better place by helping developers and organisations create better software. We are looking to grow our HR team at a steady pace. What we do is pretty high end, so we can’t and won’t hire people in bulk. You’ll quickly find yourself responsible for coordinating support on all key HR functions across Europe, providing administrative support and general HR relating tasks.


Where you come

HR Support

  • Support the HR department in keeping the HR administration up-to-date
  • Projects: Support the HR department in general on all HR related projects
  • Run reports from the HRM system
  • Keep sick and holiday registration up to date in the system
  • Take care of all the on-boarding paperwork for new hires

Employee Administration

  • Coordinate employee benefits and administration for the Netherlands
  • Make sure all global basic employee data is registered in our HRM system
  • Make sure employees files are complete
  • Support the payroll administration

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international organization
  • Pro-active personality with perseverance and agility
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HRM system
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
