Software Improvement Group is an ambitious global technology and consultancy firm delivering independent software quality assurance solutions. We believe we can make the world a better place by helping developers and organizations create qualitatively better software. To accomplish this, we are continuously improving and expanding our Software Intelligence Platform called Sigrid. We serve our clients project based in all sorts of domains, like the public sector, energy, telecom, and the financial sector. How we work
As a Platform Specialist, you will partner with Solutions Consultants who lead and execute long-term engagements. You ensure your technical and domain knowledge is up-to-date and you know the ins and outs of how Sigrid can be of value to your customers. You are motivated to help customers to adopt the Sigrid platform and to embed this in their day-to-day work. Typically, your work will consist of:
Where you come in
As a Platform specialist at Software Improvement Group, you will work closely with clients to understand their businesses and challenges, execute our long-term engagements, and build relationships.
You will ensure that our customers receive the tools and support needed to achieve their business goals by engaging with the customer on multiple levels. You will act as a guide to the customer on their journey to embed quality assurance in their companies, adopt Sigrid as their main software quality platform, and to reach their goals with the best possible outcome.
You will be a fundamental addition to the SIG Core delivery group. You’ll be part of our Amsterdam based Solutions Consultancy team. You’ll work closely with other Consultants in our team and with colleagues in other parts of the organization like Technical Consultants and IT Strategy Advisory Consultants. An important part of your daily work is to cooperate with the Technical Support Engineers in our Sigrid Service Management team. Together you’ll ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
