As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for Marketing Automation Manager to support our global marketing organization.

The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for nurturing relationships with prospects, clients and partners over the long term by keeping SIG top of mind. In this role, you will own, manage and execute scalable operational processes to streamline the lead generation process and automate manual workflows, improving conversion across the funnel, and ensuring all relevant data points are captured and reportable. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing/CCO.

Job responsibilities

  • Combine marketing strategy, creativity, and technology to increase reach, nurture relationships, increase qualified leads, improve marketing and sales operational efficiencies, and grow sales pipeline.
  • Develop, implement and optimize lead scoring and grading models and nurture tracks based on buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with field marketing managers, designers and copywriters to determine how automation could aid campaign efforts.
  • Build, manage and maintain reporting structure showing marketing program results, ROI, and key areas of improvement.
  • Recommend and execute on A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and technologies; utilize findings to implement improvements


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
  • In-depth experience with Web/CMS, UX and graphic design, and data analytics programs
  • Solid understanding of B2B buyer’s journey and behavior, go-to market strategies and sales revenue impact
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high tech B2B industry
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills, driven by data metrics
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Wordpress, Hotjar, etc.
