To accomplish this, our Software Development Team is continuously improving and expanding our Software Intelligence Platform.

How we work

As a member of the IT Support team you will automate provisioning of Apple devices. Additionally, you will be on call with internal customers for direct support. Typically, your work will consist of:

  • Providing outstanding support in a very customer focused environment
  • Documentation of best practices and troubleshooting steps
  • Adding contribution to feature implementation and problem solving
  • Improving security awareness and giving trainings to employees on best practice

Where you come in

  • The IT Support Specialist oversees the IT applications for the business activities of SIG
  • Monitoring user access to the internal network and usage of services
  • On- and Off-boarding employees providing application support and instructions
  • Deploying and supporting Apple devices.
  • Administrating Cloud IDPs like Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Google

Job requirements

  • HBO or equivalent formal training in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 4+ years' work experience as an IT field technician / system administrator or similar role
  • macOS certificate like Jamf 200 or 300 certification or similar macOS certification desired
  • Senior knowledge in managing Microsoft 365 Cloud administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and very service oriented
  • Analytic thinking and being able to identify root causes of technical issues
  • Experience with managing a fleet of Apple devices using Apple Business Manager, SimpleMDM, Munki, AutoPkg, Jamf or similar Mobile Device Management solution.
  • Understanding of scripting languages like zsh, bash, python
  • Excellent command of the English language, verbal & written
