This is no small task: we are adding new analysis capabilities; we are improving and expanding our frontends to become more intuitive, integrated and feature-rich; we are preparing our back end to scale and handle more code, faster.

How we work

As a member of the IT Support team you will automate provisioning of Apple devices. Additionally, you will be on call with internal clients for direct support. Typically, your work will consist of:

  • Documentation/automation
  • Contributions to features and problem solving
  • Employee satisfaction with IT Support
  • Improving security awareness

Where you come in

  • The IT Support Specialist oversees computer systems for the business and offers support to the system users of SIG
  • Overseeing user access to the network, manage Switches/Wifi/Routers
  • On- and Off-boarding (setup) users, installing and maintaining Apple devices, on-premise user- and application support and instruction, helpdesk ticket assignment, management and monitoring
  • Manage a fleet of Apple devices using technologies like Okta, SimpleMDM and Munki
  • Improve security of the office automation

  • HBO or equivalent formal training in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 3+ years' work experience in an IT technical field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and geared to problem solving
  • Service mentality towards clients
  • Experience with managing a fleet of Apple devices using technologies like SimpleMDM, Munki, AutoPkg, or Jamf
  • Experience with scripting languages like python, ruby or bash
  • Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, verbal & written
