As part of our ambitious growth strategy, our HR department is looking for an HR Manager with a strong focus on business, who understands the importance of HR within an organization.

Within our HR department, we operate close to the business, which helps us to understand what we need to make HR successful in our company. Where you come in
As an HR Manager, you will be part of the Global HR team. The team consists of an Office Manager, Payroll Specialist, Global Recruiter, and HR Consultants. You will report to the VP of HR.
You’re coming to give foundation, and structure and help achieve company strategic and operational goals. You will be the operational leader of the HR consultants, supporting them in their day-to-day work and coaching them in progressing their HR careers.
As the HR Manager, you are responsible for the operational side of the employee life cycle within the organisation. You contribute to achieving the company objectives and you contribute ideas about the business developments of the various companies and what this means for HR policy. You proactively provide advice and develop proposals on remuneration issues, performance, the job house, talent management as well as employee benefits.
