As result of strong growth in recent years, the Software Improvement Group (SIG) is seeking an ambitious Head of Finance with international experience who will lead the global Finance function and manage all aspects of Finance Operations: Business & Project Control, Financial Control and Accounting.


Where you come in

As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a new ERP system and further mature and scale the business and finance processes. The Head of Finance will be actively involved in SIG’s organic growth and buy and build strategy and will have the responsibility to manage and shape a best-in-class Finance function in line with this strategy. The Head of Finance reports directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities

In this role you will lead the global Finance function:

Manage all aspects of Finance Operations - Business & Project Control, Financial Control and Accounting.

Play a pivotal role in implementing our new ERP system.

Further mature and scale the Business and Finance processes, especially in connection with our organic growth and buy and build ambitions.

Execute external and internal Group reporting and consolidation.

Responsible for Cash Flow management, Forecasting and Business metric reporting.

Requirements

Requirements

Completed master’s degree in business economics, business administration or accountancy. Ideally supplemented with RC/RA.

Proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.

Inspirational leader with the drive to improve and optimize finance processes.

Experience working in international business environments.
