How we work

SEO Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing strategy.
  • Create visually appealing and SEO-friendly content.

Design and Creative Development:

  • Design marketing materials, including graphics for ads, social media posts, and website elements.
  • Work with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms.

SEM and PPC Campaign Management:

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

Paid Social Media Advertising:

  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives and targeting strategies to reach the desired audience.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to improve results.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO, SEM, and paid acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content creation, and design.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and social media ad platforms.
  • Strong design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus. 
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are advantageous. 

This position requires working from the office all five days of the week.
