As a Corporate Recruiter/ you will be part of the Global HR team. You are responsible for recruiting high educated professionals for our various locations internationally (Europe and USA). You will run the recruitment process from A-Z. Help us recruit and retain the best talent to make a difference at SIG. As a Corporate Recruiter you are involved in an attractive mix of both recruitment and HR tasks.

Where you come in

Within the HR team of four colleagues, you are responsible for the coordination and implementation of the entire recruitment and selection process for the SIG Group. In the role of recruiter, you know how to attract the best possible candidate on the labor market and to enthuse them to come and work at the SIG Group.

In addition to recruitment activities, you and the team are involved in all kinds of matters that play a role in the HR department. From contract handling, terms of employment to projects. You are the point of contact for colleagues regarding all kinds of HR-related questions. Finding a data-driven HR policy is important for NLO and you contribute to that from your role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting; you will own the hiring manager relationship and become one with our business.
  • Building deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Developing sourcing strategies and research methods.
  • Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates.
  • Acting as a consultant in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, immigration, etc.
  • Built a strong international employer branding strategy, expand our labor market communication.
  • Further develop our career website
  • Support the HR department in talent management initiatives
  • Initiate background checks as required
  • Prepare and provide candidates with offer letters
  • Maintain accurate records on all candidates and provide ongoing recruitment status reports and updates
  • Proactively identifying new candidates.
  • Building trust with business leaders through outstanding delivery.
  • Partnering with the organization to understand country/vertical business growth plan 1,2,3 years out to support presenting passive candidates with a personalized unique opportunity to help SIG and EXIN build a business in a vertical market and/or domain of expertise; thereby significantly differentiating our message versus a "we are hiring" story.
  • Personalizing the SIG story to create compelling reasons for passive candidates to engage with us and explore opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing candidates
  • Online research/cold calling to generate a pipeline of candidates
  • Engaging with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals
  • Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of “top talent” in the market
  • Managing weekly candidate tracking and reporting
  • Updating internal applicant tracking system with candidate information
  • Identifying external networking opportunities to further the SIG and EXIN employee brand
  • Regional alignment with recruiting colleagues, leveraging the active talent pool
