Key Responsibilities 

  • Research: Define key target markets to help with the development and testing of products. gain customer insights, customer journey mapping, stay abreast of global and localised trends, and discover opportunities
  • Tell the Story: Help bring the products to life via internal and external communications in a way that helps address the problems they solve and shares the unique selling positioning and presents the value of the products to the target audiences. Build product strategy, user personas, and campaigns. 
  • Content: We love good, useful content. Work with the marketing team to create and test copy, content, white papers, case studies, and landing pages, that are designated for describing and positioning the products. Research to explore the best conferences, events, and speakers to support this.
  • Launch Plans: Know the steps and stages of a solid launch plan including the campaigns and who is responsible.
  • Engagement: Work with the marketing team to get the conversation going online. Engage with professionals, partners, and corporations.
  • Sales Enablement: Work with the sales team pre, during, and post product rollouts to ensure they are equipped with the messaging they need. Provide training and supporting materials to assist their efforts. Building of sales enablement packages includes support with messaging, sales presentations, and webinars (internal and external). 
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on customer discussion, competitor research, target market understanding, persona development, messaging, product releases, and end-of-life communications   
  • Strategic insight into the marketing side for the product roadmap.
  • Develop and manage the product owner of a number of marketing initiatives including current and new products, and commercial benchmarking products 
  • Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter the market
  • Working effectively with key stakeholders in other teams to understand and deliver on their requirements






Requirements

Requirements

  • Able to work with an agile team and within the concept of stand-ups, sprints, and sprint planning 
  • A positive and optimistic attitude
  • Excellent level of English language, both spoken and written
  • Expert communication and confident presenter
  • Regular meetings with the product portfolio team, act as a link between products and sales, and participation in squads for new products and career paths
  • Manage relationships with chief examiners and core vendor suppliers
  • Clearly articulate the value of the EXIN product portfolio and support roadmapping for selected products 
  • Be analytically focussed and able to use both qualitative and qualitative data to formulate plans and provide insights
  • Ability to gather and resolve the opinions of multiple stakeholders to support insights and planning 
  • Ability to accurately estimate the market size, understand target audiences and determine the viability of a potential product or feature
  • 5-10 years of product marketing, commercial product owner experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or marketing
